Sekelbos, Dichrostachys cinerea scientifically, is a hardwood found native in many area throughout Africa. It can be used both for heating up your home and for braai or pizza purposes. It can be used in both open and closed combustion. It returns heat for a long time. Given the fact that it is small in diameter compared to Blue Gum and Mopane, you should not struggle to burn it to start fire for your pizza and/or braai.
