EXCHANGES: In the event that the quality of our product is not satisfactory to you, we will come replace it for you at no cost. Please allow us at most 48 hours to collect the firewood and process your replacement.
RETURNS: In the event that you want to return the firewood, we reserve a right to charge R200 for fuel and if there are any bags used an amount for those bags will be deducted. Please allow us at most 48 hours to collect the firewood and process your refund.
