DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: Once the firewood has been off loaded at your premises, you are responsible for its safety and whatever damage that might be caused by it. We do not take responsibility should it fall on somebody or something.
BAGS WEIGHT: Our bags weigh on average 6kg. The weight of the bags would vary depending on moisture content of the bags and how the firewood is stacked in the bag. We do not guarantee equal weights of each bag as that is not practical.
DELIVERY FEES: We charge no delivery fee for orders with 25 bags or more and around Johannesburg. For orders less than 25 bags we charge a delivery fee of R80 around Johannesburg. Delivery fee for orders outside Johannesburg will be charged depending on the number of bags ordered and the distance that needs to be travelled from Johannesburg to deliver the firewood.
FREE KINDLINGS AND FIRELIGHTERS: For every 25 bags that you order, we give you one bag of kindlings and a firelighter. We reserve right to replace the free kindlings with firelighters and the free firelighters with kindlings depending on the availability of kindlings and firelighters.
DELIVERY TIMES: Although most of our orders get delivered the following day after ordering, please allow us a period of 48 hours for us to delivery your firewood. The times given for your deliveries are only estimates. Due to multiple factors that are not within our control, we cannot give you an exact time of when your delivery will be done.
